Jodi Van Lom, Co-Founder Jodi is the motivation behind Playgroups USA and making it what it is today. It might not surprise you that Jodi's children are "playgroup raised" and are much better for it. Both Jodi, her husband and her two kids made lifelong friends thanks to playgroup. The playgroup experience was so positively impactful for the whole family, Jodi committed herself to helping other families get access to a playgroup in their area should they want to. |

Jeff Van Lom, Co-Founder Jeff is the strategic vision for Playgroups USA and enjoys every minute of it. Swallowed whole by the momentum of the site, Jeff works to create strategic partnerships that make sense and enhance those partnerships with creative direction.

Phillip Harrington, Lead Programmer Phillip Harrington is an award winning web programmer with over 10 years experience building web applications with passion and elegance. His resumé includes household names such as Cisco Systems, Paxon Communications, Johnson & Johnson, Hospice, and - way back when - The Disney Store. He brings every ounce of his expertise to the code and databases behind Playgroups USA. Phillip is a single, part-time parent of two amazing daughters. He lives with two cats in Guft Coast Florida.

Martin Kilbourne, Web Designer Martin Kilbourne is an award-winning art director who brings 15 years experience in graphic design to Playgroups USA. He believes in focused, efficient design and helps us keep the site clean and intuitive. Martin recently became a new dad and will soon be experiencing all the fun times that come with being in a playgroup!

Sam Sudipta, Programmer Sam assists in maintaining and improving the site each day. Sam's constantly imparts new technologies to manage the portal better and enrich the online experience of the Playgroups USA community. Sam's efforts not only add value to the users but also distinguishes itself with its intended, ease of use.

Charlotte Griffith, Regional Events Manager Charlotte is a former Elementary teacher where she gained a love for children. Through teaching, she also learned that sometimes children do not have a lot of chances to create lifelong memories with their families. Through, WeeBoogie, she has found a way to help plan events in which families can create those memories and this has become a driving force in Charlotte’s career. Charlotte currently lives in Gastonia, NC, is married to her high school sweetheart and is the mom of two wonderful daughters. When not working for WeeBoogie, she enjoys reading, playing outside with her girls, and shopping. |

Kim Isom, Event Manager for Dallas, Texas Kim has served as a Children's Pastor over the last 12 years in Oklahoma and Texas. She also teaches voice classes, and her and her husband direct summer musical theater camps each summer. Kim has a strong desire to see children have fun while growing in the areas of music appreciation, music skills and music performance. She also feels strongly that family and time together as a family is one of the most important things parents can give their children. Kim feels WeeBoogie is a great avenue for children to gain theese perspectives on music as well as have fun as a family unit. Shannon Lubiano, Event Manager for Baltimore, Maryland Shannon is a fun and kind hearted person. She loves shopping, arts & crafts; spending time with friends and family. One of her favorite activities is doing goofy dances around the house with her daughter and husband. Shannon has a BA degree in Sociology and has experience teaching children from 6months to Pre-K. Jackie McKinney, Event Manager for Charlotte, North Carolina (North) Jackie is a free spirit who has devoted much of her life to working with children as a tutor and camp counselor. A native of Maryland, Jackie has come to call Charlotte home after falling in love with North Carolina during her college years. Jackie is an avid sports fan who lists "Football Season" as being her favorite season. Jackie is excited to work with Weeboogie because it gives her a chance to plan events where children can have fun, be themselves and gain a greater appreciation for music and dance while also giving back to local charities. Wendy Arner, Event Manager for Charlotte, North Carolina (South) Wendy is a former teacher of ten years. Originally from Upstate NY, she moved here to start a teaching career, find her husband and start a family. All were accomplished, now that she has children she chose WeeBoogie because she sees the way her oldest son loves to dance and have fun. She enjoys getting families together, and helping charities at the same time. When she is around children, the kid inside of her comes out as well. Every event is a new adventure and when one finishes, she can't wait to start the next. She is so grateful for her devoted sponsors. Robin Juenger, Event Manager for St. Louis, Missouri Robin has a background working with children and families from childcare to social work. She has been in sales for the past 8 years and is excited to be working with families to promote family time, dancing and music and also giving back to her community. She is a mom of two, a high energetic 6 year old boy who loves having dance parties and a beautiful 1 ½ year old girl who enjoys singing and dancing as well. Robin and her husband also have dance interest and are hoping to pursue ballroom dancing in the near future. Outside of work and dancing, Robin enjoys the outdoors and spending time with family.
