LUNA Moms Club
As moms ourselves we understand that life is about finding balance while nurturing our minds, spirits and bodies. LUNA Moms Club was created with this aspiration in mind. By becoming a member you will build a tight community of moms to share advice, tips and most importantly laughter. Support and connect with other likeminded moms by participating in:
- Playgroups (once per week) - Fun for mom. Fun for baby. Enjoy a relaxed and positive environment with other moms while playfully interacting with your babies. Our goal is to provide meaningful experiences for both mom and baby. We facilitate uplifting supportive conversation for mom and innovative activities for baby that emphasize wonder, discovery and creativity.
- Moms' Nights Out (once per month) - This is our time. It's easy to put yourself on the back burner during the first few years of motherhood. We feel it is important to focus on yourself once in a while. Delight in your personal passion whether it is a fun night of dancing, dinner at your favorite neighborhood restaurant or discussing a book from the best seller list. Doing so will help you maintain a strong sense of self and ultimately help you be a better mom.
- "Mommies with a Mission" Activities (four times per year) - Women, especially moms, are invaluable change agents. LUNA Moms Club harnesses this power through its "Mommies with a Mission" mantra. Help to better the community where you live and play through organized activities focused on giving back to children, families and the environment. There is tremendous power in moms coming together for a cause.
There is no cost associated with becoming a member.
Stroller Strides, the country's largest fitness program for new moms, hosts the LUNA Moms Clubs. Stroller Strides offers innovative stroller workout classes for mom and baby. Though including a workout in your routine is a powerful tool to maintaining energy and overall health, there is no requirement to enroll in Stroller Strides exercise classes to participate in the associated LUNA Moms Club.

'I joined Stroller Strides when Simon turned 7 weeks, and immediately felt I had a new family. I connected with a core group of moms who reminded me what it’s like to be a woman, not a “mommy.” I couldn’t believe how comfortable I felt at MNOs chatting about breastfeeding, potty training, etc. and playing hilarious icebreaker games. Meanwhile, Simon made buddies through playgroup activities and my husband met other daddies during Family Days. Now, I’m Playgroup Captain and it’s extremely fulfilling!
