Guide to the ABCs of Playdates and Allergies

Through a partnership with The Clorox Company, Playgroups USA created the Guide to the ABCs of Playdates and Allergies, a user-friendly free playdate guide for parents and caregivers of children with allergies.  Since one in four U.S. children has allergies, it is likely that someone in your very own playgroup suffers from allergy symptoms.  

With this resource, Playgroups USA hopes that all playdate participants – parents, caregivers and children – can learn how to better manage their allergies and avoid allergic symptoms that can get in the way of learning and having fun!

If you would like to create a bi-fold booklet of the guide, click here and follow these instructions:

1. Go to "File," then "Print," and print page one only.
2. Insert page one back into the printer paper feeder.
3. Print page two on blank side of page one.
    HINT: Print page two so that the graphics are facing the same   

    direction as page one.
4. Repeat steps 1-3 for pages three and four, and pages five and six.
5. Fold pages in half to create a booklet.
6. Staple the pages together at the seam.
